I enjoyed working with bright acrylics to paint the Wild and Free spirit of the American Mustang Paint Ponies silhouetted by billowing clouds so often seen in the southwest.  The subject and medium allow for great creativity in design and color.

I love the bold colors you used in this painting and I can just feel the power of the Mustangs racing towards me. I have lived in the Southwest and you really captured the power and movement of the clouds. You inspire me to keep trying to progress in my paintings.

I look forward to your next new painting! Alexis
